The most holy Author says,

«Truly that the observance of the precepts of the Law is circumcision even for the uncircumcised, and in the present hour, it is an absolution even for those who are not of the Law. Paul says, "A true Jew is not one who appears to be so, nor is circumcision that which manifests itself in the flesh, but he is a Jew who is so inwardly; circumcision is that of the heart, according to the spirit and not according to the letter, and this will be the one [who will be] rewarded by God."

"Circumcise your heart" are very ancient words. It is the divine command. Because it is pointless to have the knowledge of the Law according to the word if it is then not known and practiced, therefore, with the spirit. This is the only true circumcision.

Of what importance is it to wear a cassock - and I say cassock in order to say, of the sons of the Law - if the man who wears it is not a son of the Law, but a servant of the sense, of the world, and of the devil? Even mime artists and comedians put on the robes of kings or of priests, warriors, labourers, peasants, without becoming because of this, a king, priest, warrior, labourer, or a peasant. When the scene is over and the curtain falls, they undress themselves of the robes which were used for the performance and put on their own. Nor do their hearts mutate from that which it is, for having represented the magnanimity of a king, the holiness of a priest, the valour of a warrior, or the sentiments of a labourer or peasant. They remain who they are: just if they are just, even if they have performed a monster of iniquity to perfection, and they remain monsters of iniquity even if they have performed a saint to perfection.

Many, too many, who for the Law which they show to serve to the eyes of the world, seem circumcised - rather, decapitated by the triple concupiscence - appear with their seven snakes alive within their hearts to the eyes of God and to the eyes of the inhabitants of Heaven. These people, no, they cannot consider themselves circumcised in the heart. Rather, to their nature not mutilated by the triple concupiscence, to the legacy of sin which every man has inherited from Adam, they add an extra snake: that of hypocrisy and betrayal which they render to their fellow creatures by showing themselves to them as in truth they are not, and who think of being able to do so also to God. As if God can be deceived by the golden dust which they throw into the air so that the world can admire them.

Dust. God does not accept golden dust. God accepts pure gold, compact and perfect. True love. True love which is obedience to the Law, and therefore, circumcision of the heart which amputates itself of the triple concupiscence in order to truly be son of the Law, and therefore, son of God.

And I tell you that if the most holy Father still knows how to be all merciful to those willingly and traitorously over-powered by Satan, by the flesh and by the world, however not consenting and not voluntarily seeking temptation, [on the other hand], He is totally severe with the hypocrites; and He is all the more so, the more one is, either because he is a priest, or because he is a religious, or because he is a prophet of God, a voice of God, a pupil of God in the condition because of a state of grace or out of an extraordinary gift of wisdom, of being more perfect than the mass, and thus is dutybound to be perfect, not only in gratitude to God who elected him to be a priest, a religious or His prophet (voice), but also for not being a scandal to the little ones of the flock.

Scandal, I say. Many scandals occur in the world and the mass is not moved but for an instant, for as long as the scandal lasts. At times, especially in moments of a general relaxation of moral values - I am not even speaking of spiritual values, but simply of moral ones - they are not moved at all...

However, there are scandals which strike at the sincere emotions of the just, and even those of the indifferent, and they sometimes turn the just into disgusted ones and the indifferent into mockers. And that is not to mention certain scandals in the hands of the enemies of God and of His Church. Similar to a lever under a boulder, or a mine under a building, or of a hole in a boat, these scandals place Faith and the Church in serious danger. Faith dies in many hearts because of them and the Church undergoes direct shocks of an incalculable value.

When these scandals then follow each other [one after another], it is like a widening of wavy circles upon a lake which has been agitated by a mass of falling boulders. A single boulder can provoke a series of circles which then subside by dying on the shore. But if the boulders should follow each other [one after another] and become bigger until the entire rock face of a mountain has fallen in, then the circles turn into contrasting waves, and the waves spill the waters onto the rivers as far as to provoke catastrophes.

So it is also for the scandals of those who "bear the name of Jews and who rest in the Law, and who glorify themselves of God"... and above all, of being "the ministers of God" who are not an oil lamp to the one seeking light, who are not guides to one who is blind, and who are not true masters to the little ones of the flock, but are confusion, twilight, disorder and denial. Yes. Denial because "they teach others but not themselves", for their lives are filled with the sins or weaknesses with which they reproach their lambs. They, with their lives as idol-shepherds, as mercenary shepherds, dishonour God by trampling on the Law which they know and preach.

"And because of them, the name of God is blasphemed amongst the peoples." Yes. Blasphemed. Because the enemies of God add to the defiance of the people, the servants of God who are overly sinful or even too imperfect, lazy, lukewarm, and who are without a true faith. In truth, there is more faith in the lambs than in the majority of the shepherds who have turned their ministry into a business and no longer into a royal mission. Yes. Blasphemed because it overturned the observations that the Gentiles of the first centuries would have made on Catholic priests and who served to convert them to Christ: "Do you see how they have love for one another and how their priests are perfect." Now the majority, even amongst fervent Catholics, say, or say to themselves inside of their hearts, "Do you see what the priests are like! They are worse than us. If they were truly the ministers of a God, God would not permit these scandals." And they conclude, "This is why I believe (or I am beginning to believe) that the God whom they preach does not exist, that a second life does not exist, and that the sacraments do not exist...". And this is the death of faith, Grace, and Life.

However, God exists. And He takes the Gentiles. Those whom the arrogant ministers of God - arrogant and sinners, a bad example to the little lambs - scorn, combat, and persecute because it does not appear just to them, to these arrogant and imperfect idol-shepherds, that a lamb must know that which they do not know and know it directly from God, these idol-shepherds who do not merit to hear the most holy Voice because it does not appear just to them that a lamb can be the "voice of God", and therefore, to continue the revelation.

He takes the Gentiles. Let us call them thus, those who are not the ministers of God, who are not the "depositories of the Revelation, of the Wisdom", who are not those who "shut the door of the Kingdom in the face of the little ones, and who do not enter themselves and who do not let us [little ones] enter." He takes them, these who the learned scorn, persecute and condemn, and He places them in the midst of the crowds who do not see, who do not know, and who do not clearly believe anymore, and He turns them into His "messengers". Just as it is said in the prophetic psalm of which innumerable doctors futilely tire themselves over, "Keep the word of my Lord. And the happy announcers (the prophets and the angels) cry, 'more militia'." (Psalms 67)

This "more militia" promised by God through the prophets and spirits to those besieged by the enemies of God and His children, similar to "a beneficial shower of the inheritance of God" - a shower which restores, a voice which gives strength, or a word of the Gospel which comforts - is that of the "voices". Of these "voices" who always speak in the name of God, of that God who - has promised and who gives no less than His word - will give His Word, His Gospel forever, to the followers of Christ, the eternal Word and Master.

The voices: those who remain on the mountain, on the mountain of God, the fertile mountain with many peaks on which the Lord delights to remain in the midst of His hidden servants known only by Him for who they are, and loved by them as only they, full of Him, know how to love. The voices: those who form the triumphant chariot of God, radiant with love.

And are you surprised that there are voices? And that they are numerous? Is it not perhaps said in the psalm, obscure to the learned, but not to Me? And is it not said that "there are thousands of them rejoicing and the Lord is in their midst"? They are the voices of the prophets of all times; they are those souls who are the voices of God with their example, if not with the word; they are the saints, the elect of the Earth: already paradisiacal souls who are scattered on Earth to bear witness to God; they are the "little Benjamins in the ecstasy of the soul". In vain do the wild cane thickets and the herds of bulls infringe upon them wanting to exclude them, these who are tried like silver.

To the Lord who shows Himself from the east and who gives to them the voice of His power, these, the new prophets, the heralds of the Word, His continuators in the spreading of the Gospel, the new evangelists - not because they are to create a new gospel, but so that they can help you to luminously see the mystery of the gospel of Christ, and Paul of Tarsus was one of the first of these new evangelists - of the Lord who manifests Himself, the bright divine Sun who rises from the east and who sets in the west upon His Universe, these, from now on, form a procession, and exulting with the seraphs, they will become a chorus in the final hour by singing in the truth of their supernatural nature - not Gentiles as they are considered by many, but the elect amongst the elected people - their, "My soul magnifies the Lord...who turned His gaze upon us little ones...and great things did He do to us He who is powerful."»
